When life is breaking your heart, it’s actually opening you to something much deeper – if you let it.

All I’ve ever really wanted, since I was young, was deep intimacy & partnership. I never craved most “conventional” yearnings.

I prayed for this kind of partnership. But then my preparation for it appeared in a package that I didn’t expect & that most people around me couldn’t understand, either. And it’s been years of unraveling my fears of intimacy, which I also didn’t realize I had.

The one thing I’ve always wanted – DEEP INTIMACY – is also the one thing I’ve secretly feared the most.

Real intimacy exposes all our bullshit. And a lot of people are way more committed to their BS than to a true union that calls BOTH people up & out of their destructive patterning. You can hide single just like u can hide in an enabling relationship.

So the more I prayed for it, the more the Universe presents me w/the opportunity to OPEN to it – without all the judgment, attachment, desire to control it, expectations.

F*CK!

It’s been so confronting AND so healing.

The closer I get to what I’ve always wanted, the more the shadow rears its head. I’ve learned to observe it, stop myself from spiraling into my trauma response (ie: withdraw, WALLS up, angry tough-ass mode) & instead BREATHE into the process of feeling exposed, vulnerable, softer.

I cry. I let myself feel naked. I let myself FULLY feel the yearning beneath the fear.

I talk about Unapologetic Power & Self-Expression, but that comes with a SOFTER, more open heart. One without the other is usually destructive, fear-based & a reactive pain-loop.

There is no real power without an OPEN HEART. I’m still learning this, too.

The greatest illusion is that the heart can break. It’s never actually breaking – it only ever expands.

If you allow your heart to keep “breaking open”, you’ll realize you’re never actually broken. In the moments you feel like you’re being obliterated, you’re opening. This is a blessing.

To just love & let yourself be loved in return is what most humans desire at the deepest level.

Then you can bring that love to everything you touch. What a gift.

When you’ve got nothing left to lose, you’ve hit gold

Sometimes you have to “lose everything” you’re holding onto out of fear to be open to receive what’s meant for you.

I watched this doc last night called “The Dawn Wall”. This rock climber wanted to scale this impossible wall in Yosemite & it took him almost 10 yrs to finally do it. And he fucking did it. But it took 100% devotion, faith, daily effort & a semi-obsessive refusal to give up.

So I woke up today & something I saw activated an old story of mine & I lost it.

I felt the weight of MY last 10 yrs since I left my “normal” life/security/comfort to follow my soul calling. But it’s been like climbing that 3000 ft rock wall.

I didn’t resist it. I gave myself a full 15 mins to go into a pity party. I let myself cry. I yelled that I’m tired of climbing this mountain. I’m lonely. I want someone to hold ME in my process. You name it, I probably spilled it this morning in my rant.

Then I took some deep breaths, showered it off & sat in meditation.

Remember social media is a SLIVER. You don’t see the nights (or years lol) of tears, the anxiety, the waves of self-doubt. Nobody posts that shit in full detail!

When a higher plan is unfolding & your entire world seems to keep falling apart, no matter how hard you try to hold on, the best thing to do is FUCKING SURRENDER.

That’s it.

It’s easy to get caught up in fear of “losing everything”, but the TRUTH IS when you’ve “lost it all”, you’ve made space. That’s the gold mine.

When you hit rock bottom (or you’ve had a few like me), if you’re self-aware, you realize what you were clinging to wasn’t good for you anyway. It was probably holding you back.

If your hands are full, how will you catch your blessings?

The mind wants to control. The SOUL wants u to be happy (even if it pans out differently than you expected- it usually does & for good reason).

We get what we need to evolve. Sometimes a big ass mountain or series of “losses”.

If ur here to create NEW EARTH, ur a rebel & us Renegades can feel lonely.

You’re not alone.

We’re in this together.

The Universe is benevolent & wants to bless u the fak up.

No giving up right before the harvest.

On soulpreneur identity crises

Raise your hand if you’ve ever had a complete entrepreneurial identity meltdown? (* furiously throws both arms in the air *)

I wrote CRISES (PLURAL) for a reason, lol!

The faster you evolve your frequency, the more rapidly things shift in your world/biz.

When you’re in soul alignment, you’ll notice what doesn’t serve anymore will quickly DROP AWAY (even when it’s like your world keeps crumbling). Trying to cling to the old is futile. You’re like a snake, in cycles of shedding your old “identities” all of the time.

It’s natural for things to fall apart so the NEW can be birthed through you!

So if you feel like:

~you can’t make up your mind what you’re meant to be doing

~RIGHT when you decide, it’s like you’re being nudged in a different direction

~As soon as you get comfy doing something, maybe it falls apart, people don’t sign up, it’s dead air?

I FEEL YOU. And it’s OKAY.

Time for an upgrade!

Here’s the thing –

You’re basically a big ball of ENERGY, always shifting & fluctuating.

As you raise your consciousness, your frequency also shifts.

Part of creating a NEW PARADIGM is learning to EMBRACE CHANGE.

It’s practicing being IN THE MOMENT of what feels most alive, bc the ENERGY behind what you’re sharing is what matters the most.

New Paradigm Leadership isn’t a numbers game, “doing” the most or competition.

It’s about EMBODYING & EVOLVING. And service that’s rooted in love, truth & unity.

You’re here as a vessel for Source. Whatever will serve the highest good of you/the collective is what wants to flow through your channel.

Here’s a #soulpreneurflex

Imagine if you just decided to stop “toning it down” & brought your FULL self into your business?

For me, that decision felt like 10 million pounds lifted from my chest.

I’ve been directly (or indirectly) shunned for being a rebel, for having a big mouth, for NOT following blindly (including cliques in school, this goes all the way back lol) for as long as I can remember.

I LOVE BREAKING RULES bc LOTS of old “rules” need to be broken for us to grow, expand & EVOLVE.

A lot of us are out here consciously creating a NEW EARTH. Pretty big fuckin deal, actually.

This means THE END OF – shrinking yourself, hiding, editing your messaging to be more “appropriate”, not showing certain aspects of you to your audience – all for fear of rejection, just like you prob were when you were a kid for the same reasons.

I’ve healed SO MUCH of my inner child stuff by learning to show MORE of me online, in my biz & offerings.

To own the totally outrageous parts of me IS the brand!

It’s been a slow reveal, but lately it’s like something massive shifted. And I’m seeing it with a lot of people, actually.

A longing for REALNESS, to see people’s “imperfections”, to UN-filter, to just show up as we are instead of spending so much time trying to appeal to people THAT AREN’T OUR PEOPLE ANYWAY. LOL!

Most of your haters aren’t gonna be your clients, right? So why would you try to appease them?

We’re here to find our SOUL FAMILY COMMUNITY.

The only way you do that is by showing up in all your quirks & REALLY expressing yourself!

Every person has their own unique gifts; you might be surprised that they’re the parts of you that you thought (or have been told) were trash.

What if your unfiltered voice helped someone else see where they’ve been holding back?

What if your rebel heart helped someone else have the courage to stand up for themselves?

What if your “weird” interests showed YOUR soul fam they’re not alone?

What if your unique expression was anchoring a New Paradigm on Earth? (It is!!)

How to thrive during WILD times when people are losing their shit!

Things are cray right now. A lot of people are losing their minds (in some cases it’s a good thing because the mental constructs are BS lol!! Lose it!!!), so much is shifting & changing – within us & externally.

Every time I sit in meditation lately & I ask what wants to come through, I keep hearing to discuss POWER.

So let’s go there.

It’s easy to get swept up in the currents of fear & shame, but I’m here to remind you that the INFINITE, LIMITLESS, UNIVERSAL CURRENT OF ABUNDANCE is always available to us to tap into as well.

A lot of us are hearing the call to shift into higher energetic alignment, to access our INNER power, to change our perception & to be of service, too.

We need LIGHTHOUSES right now. Beacons of light. People leading with love, compassion, mercy, empathy & discernment.
