NO PROPS NEEDED, but if you want any, you’re welcome to use a blanket on the mat for comfort if you’d like, 2 blocks or pillows for under the knees if you have very tight hips and a blanket or pillow to support your child’s pose. You probably won’t need any props for this one!

OPTIONAL PROP: Bolster, blanket or pillow to sit comfortably

PROPS NEEDED:
– blanket is optional to make the mat more comfortable as you lay down
– bolster is needed or a firm pillow or a few standard size bed pillows (the length should run from the base of your spine up to your head more or less so you can lay back on the bolster or props for the chest opening restorative pose we hold here)
Optional props: Pillow or blanket to sit on for comfort
OPTIONAL PROPS: Blanket (to sit on or roll up for under knees) and/or pillow or bolster (for under knees)
