“My intensity leads me to the source of my power & the depth of my soul”
Have you ever been told you’re:
As women especially (but this transcends gender), we’re often shamed & labeled “intense” in a derogatory way (& it’s true, there’s a shadow energy because #duality).
We’re told we’re bitchy, hysterical, out of control or even too “masculine”, too “aggressive”…you know the drill.
And in some cases, when the shadow is running the show, it IS a distortion playing out.
However, intensity, in its essence, is SO POWERFUL.
It can be traumatic & painful when we’re told our intensity is something to be ashamed or afraid of, because it’s actually SACRED FIRE.
That may lead you down a path of repression & destruction bc your life force intensity needs a healthy outlet.
Your deepest, darkest emotions & desires need conscious acknowledgment.
The fire needs to MOVE.
All water & no fire lacks the polarity that creates dynamic energy.
Fearing your power is a recipe for dysfunction.
When we’ve experienced intensity that’s hijacked by the shadow, it can be threatening & unhealthy (like a person who is emotionally volatile but unconscious & reactive & maybe even abusive with it).
If you’ve experienced this kind of intensity in your childhood or close relationships, you may run from your own power.
I know I did.
This is something I’m finally coming to terms with – my intensity as a superpower, because when you’re accessing it from a place of consciousness, you’re a fucking Alchemist. You can actually TRANSMUTE your shit with it.
I’ve always been attracted to intense people, because subconsciously I know I was being shown that I was meant to learn how to get REALLY comfortable in my own depths.
The highs, the lows, the light, the shadow – all of it. It’s all holy, actually.
We’re here to remember our wholeness & celebrate it.
You aren’t a fragment or meant to compartmentalize your energy.
Your intensity is here to be INTEGRATED, not ignored or suppressed.
When you start to embrace your own depth, you have the ability to FULLY OPEN to life itself – to receive, to thrive, to expand.
Love you. xx
