Babes, our bodies are innately sensual.
Sensuality is your sacred, beautiful birthright.
Shame about sensuality or about sex, on the other hand, is taught. It’s learned behavior.
Your body is a PORTAL to the Divine. It’s your vessel for energies to flow through you.
The higher truth is that your bodies are designed to give and receive pleasure. You get to enjoy your body simply because it exists. Isn’t that amazing?
We’re pure consciousness in human form. Your sensuality is also pure, innocent and divine.
You can begin releasing shame around sensuality by bringing conscious awareness and love to your body with soft touch and/or embodiment practices, such as gentle movement (especially in the hips) and slow, deep breathing. You begin cultivating a sweet relationship with your body, giving it the nourishment it needs.
Remember your body is your TEMPLE. It has practical purposes AND is also yours to experience pleasure simply for pleasure’s sake.
