It’s not always about HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO/BE/HAVE
We live in a culture obsessed with MORE
A true marker of soul growth & expansion is when you drop into your heart & from that centered place recognize it’s also about doing LESS, with a much deeper quality of presence
So much of the over-doing, over-achieving, more more more more comes from a subconscious belief that if we DO THE MOST = THEN we’ll be worthy
As if doing less means you’re not exactly where you need to be?
As if less on your plate equates to some sense of failure?
This is total and utter bullsh*t conditioning that stems from a distorted paradigm of striving for the most to prove our worth
So many people come to me with the LONGEST lists of what they want to achieve & ASAP…
And as a creative, I totally get it
Then I want to ask you –
Why do you need to DO all of that, HAVE all those things, etc?
What’s the deeper motivation?
Most of the time when people come to me with long lists, I want to tell them to f*cking throw it in the bin & spend a few months taking most of it OFF their plates to simply sit & be with themselves, without all the protective armour of what they’re “achieving”
Who are you without all that?
Why are you striving so hard?
There’s a difference between the desire for expansion because the soul’s deepest impulse is to GROW & pushing yourself to the maximum point of exhaustion because you feel like you’re not enough without that laundry list
When you’re deepening your connection to your Higher Self & feeling worthy regardless of your to-do list, your entire being can breathe a huge sigh of RELIEF
Your mind may be going a 1000 mph, but your body is probably yearning for you to SLOW THE F DOWN.
LESS is often so much MORE than you realize
I’ve got spots open for 1:1 Mentorship, Temple of the Empress (check it out and apply here), if you’re ready to create an entirely New Paradigm rooted in Sacred Feminine Embodied Wisdom – where less is more, where softer is just as powerful, where everything gets “done” because you’re in true alignment, not because you’re burning out by doing as much as possible.
