The focus of this meditation practice is both on self-forgiveness and forgiveness of a person or situation that may be causing you distress. We’ll move through a guided meditation to release any pent up or stored emotions that are no longer serving you and a visualization to strengthen and seal your auric field.
You may use this as often as you feel it helpful or necessary!
